Armed with a new-found confidence and a chance meeting with people from an Ad film making company Pandey took the bold step of venturing into Film making, a dream he claims was sowed when he was in class 7th. After trying his hand at one off projects here and there he started his Production company Hribom productions in 2013 which is based in Mumbai. At Hribom Productions he takes interest in all aspects of Film making and by his on admission is also a good technician in Editing and other aspects of post production like color correction etc. He has wrote and composed songs for a few projects himself which are now being sung by Known singers like Shaan, Dev negi and Neha kaakkar etc.

Hrishikesh was born in madhya pradesh in 16 may 1988 and was raised in towns from the Indian heartlands like Allahabad, Bhopal and Indore etc. Having lost his father early on hrishi had to struggle a lot throughout his education because of lack of money though he was good at academics. He was denied a medical seat citing non availability of funds and also was denied an educational loan because of a less than sustainable income at his household. not the one to be dejected by these setbacks hrishi started of as a regular science grad and started coaching students for medical entrance exams. As an year went by he saw himself running a whole coaching institute that made him a household name. He cites his marketing skills along with his training skills that made his coaching institute a known name and his experience of living in towns like Allahabad and Bhopal etc. also lead him to a deeper understanding of human behavior.
